SERVICE 04 · READINESS PROJECT

Pressure-test the books.
Know what needs attention.

We test the books against Big Four audit-testing standards and deliver findings, recommendations, and agreed accounting adjustments before an audit or diligence process.

What Readiness Means Here

Readiness work is a focused review of the accounting records. We use audit-style procedures such as sampling, tie-outs, cut-off checks, and support testing to identify issues in the books.

  • Test selected balances and transactions against supporting records
  • Review cut-off, classification, and reconciliation issues
  • Identify proposed GAAP adjustments within the agreed scope
  • Summarize findings, open items, and recommended remediation

Clear Boundaries

Remote Accounting Team does not perform an audit, issue an audit opinion, or deliver audited financial statements. We do not provide PBC packages, technical accounting memos, audit liaison services, sample management, walkthroughs, lead schedules, or audit workpapers.

The client's independent audit firm remains responsible for the audit and any assurance conclusion. No audit, financing, or transaction outcome is guaranteed.
